• Prospect Intake: Name and email address voluntarily provided by you to receive the digital Project Blueprint.
• Founding Applicants: Name, email address, and phone number provided to initiate the membership evaluation process.

3. Log Data and Technical Infrastructure

Like most standard web servers, our hosting environment automatically logs non-identifiable technical data. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, operating system stamps, and date/time records. This data is utilized strictly to analyze traffic trends, administer the site, track user movement globally across the pages, and identify malicious or fraudulent server interaction.

4. Security & Third-Party Identity Verification

To protect a significant national heritage asset, standard digital identity verification is conducted for formal applications. This secure verification is handled via end-to-end encrypted third-party validation engines. The Initiative does not ingest, process, or store raw government-issued identification numbers or biometric data on our local servers.

5. Strict Zero-Sale Data Policy

Your data is heavily guarded. We operate a permanent, uncompromising Zero-Sale Policy. Your personal details, contact points, or request history will never be sold, rented, leased, bartered, or disclosed to external marketers, commercial data firms, or third parties, unless explicitly compelled by Australian federal law or law enforcement authorities.
